The University has published several Record Management documents.

The University has published a Records Management Policy, a Records Retention Schedule, a Classification Scheme and a Roles and Responsibilities framework (available as downloads and Google Drive links below). These documents are owned by the Information Management & Security Group, and the change manager for them is the University Records Manager.
